Defective, damaged or misprinted
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will replace or refund.
No returns for personalised or made-to-order items
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, this right does not apply to goods made to order or personalised — including all Gizzet.com print-on-demand products. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
Wrong address
If an incorrect address is provided, you may be responsible for reshipment costs if returned.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international), we will investigate and may replace your order.
